7. Payments and Fees

14. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, Bluechip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. If you believe a chargeback was made in error, please contact our support team. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent termination.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the platform. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

16. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bluechip does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluechip and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your information.

In no event shall Bluechip’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the platform. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
